He has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics-Computer Science, a master’s degree in Telecommunications and is a Certified Electronic Records Specialist (AIIM) and author of technical white papers on the subject Records and Information Management. Possesses a working knowledge of legal and regulatory records management requirements including the latest in NARA Electronic Records Management Requirements.

Maria is a knowledge, program, and information management professional. Recently obtained Agile Coaching and Agile Teaching Facilitation certifications. Experienced with SCRUM methodology and practices. Over 15 years of experience contracting for the federal government supporting Department of Defense components, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Justice, Department of Labor, United States Army, United States Air Force, United States Navy, and other service components. Long SharePoint administrator and development experience.

She has strong progressive experience in systems development life cycle and expertise in quality assurance/testing, business analysis, requirements development and systems integration.
Is an effective communicator, responsible project lead, and advisor to senior leadership. Additionally, she has managed Election Ballot Digital Conversion and provided QA oversight. Skilled in Document Management and Image Conversion practices and technologies. She managed a key record keeping task ensuring accurate accounting of records tallied and verified completed scanning of ballots for up-to-date tally of votes in Cobb County. Her professional experience includes stellar organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Kodak Dental Systems.
With degrees in Business Management and Computer Science along with continuing education in Web Design and Federal Records Management, Brenda is a continuous learner and advocate for digital transformation.
